I re-joined the Car Club and the rest is history.<\/p><p>My original MG underwent a full restoration but, while competition started to interest me, I was not going to use this for competition.\u00a0 I bought an MGB GT for that purpose which then led me to owning a series of MG models over the years. At this stage of my life, I am still competing as much as I can.<\/p><p>MGCC Victoria delivers many events, opportunities and projects that celebrate the MG Marque and it is aspirational in planning for a vibrant future.<\/p><p>I am very proud to be a part of the Foundation and its ability to provide funds towards future projects that would otherwise be not possible to achieve.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Marjorie Halford My love for MGs started when I was 8 years old.\u00a0 My cousin came to Australia from England and his mode of transport just happened to be an MG TD.
