Amongst the many and varied subjects considered by the Club members who instigated the MGCC Foundation was the topic of Bequests. This was brought into focus as a consequence of the time the Board of Management was called to devote to the resolution of the bequest made to the Club by Bill Fleming.

Bequests by their very nature are best handled on behalf of the Club by the Foundation as a bequest work load burden can detract from day to day Club operations.
